The open layout makes it easy to cook, work, and relax. There is also a dedicated desk area for remote work and board games for slower evenings in. Whether you`re here for work, a relocation, or time with family, you will have a quiet home base with everything you need to feel settled.
GUEST ACCESS
You`ll have the entire duplex unit to yourself, including the fully stocked kitchen, the private fenced-in outdoor patio, and the in-unit washer and dryer. Free parking is available on site.
DURING YOUR STAY
We aim to give guests privacy and space during their stay, but we`re just a message away if you need anything — we typically respond quickly and are happy to help with local recommendations or anything that comes up.

You`ll be just minutes from downtown Lee`s Summit restaurants and shops, grocery stores and everyday essentials, parks and walking trails, and nearby hospitals, which makes this a great option for traveling healthcare professionals.
After a busy day, enjoy the peaceful outdoor space, cook dinner at home, or explore everything Lee`s Summit and the Kansas City area have to offer.
GETTING AROUND
Major highways are close by for an easy commute throughout the Kansas City metro. Free parking is available on site.

No Smoking or Vaping Inside, NO PARTIES. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times- 10:00pm to 7:00am.
Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away!
Our check-in time is 4pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host.
There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and residents around you and keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the house during quiet hours.
Additional info:
For stays longer than two weeks, a quick mid-stay inspection is included so we can care well for the home and keep things in good shape for future guests. There is no charge unless additional cleaning is needed after the inspection, in which case the cleaning would be scheduled at the guest`s expense.
