Welcome to Maywood House, nestled in the sought-after Manor at Westhaven community, a home that truly has it all, and then some.

From the moment you step through the front door, you`ll feel the difference. Soaring ceilings and a generous open-plan living area set the tone, with double doors spilling out onto the pool deck and a separate dining room that opens straight onto its own outdoor entertaining space. The large kitchen is ready for everything from lazy breakfast mornings to full family feasts.

Outside, your own private retreat awaits. An oversized heated pool takes centre stage, surrounded by sun loungers, a covered seating area, BBQ, outdoor TV and a poolside bathroom — all within a beautifully fenced private yard where the kids can roam freely and the adults can finally unwind.

Sleeping arrangements couldn`t be more comfortable, with a king bedroom and ensuite on the ground floor, and upstairs a grand second master suite, a queen bedroom, and two wonderfully themed twin rooms — perfect for little ones. A dedicated sitting area, workspace and gaming zone round out the upper level beautifully.

And when the mood calls for a little friendly competition, the games room delivers — pool table, foosball, table tennis and air hockey all under one roof.

Maywood House isn`t just a villa. It`s where your Florida holiday truly begins.
