Drive north to historic Kailua Village for restaurants along the waterfront and shops to browse before heading back south. Families can keep the day flexible here, whether that means a beach picnic or a simple dinner out.



Getting Around:

A rental car is the easiest way to explore the Kona Coast at your own pace. Ali'i Drive connects this area with Kailua-Kona, beach parks, dining, and shops. Check your reservation details for parking information and plan on a car for flexible access to beaches and day trips.
