Guest Access:

Guests at Waikoloa Colony Villas enjoy access to the community's shared pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and fitness gym on golf course front grounds. Beach access is close by, with a private garage and beautifully landscaped surroundings throughout the complex.



The Neighborhood:

Waikoloa Colony Villas is close to the heart of Waikoloa Beach Resort, where the coast, golf, and dinner plans are all within a short drive or walk. Anaeho'omalu Beach brings white sand and a broad bay, while Kings' Shops and Queens' Marketplace make it easy to grab groceries, browse, or choose a restaurant. The resort's lava fields, fishponds, and green fairways give this part of the Kohala Coast a distinctive look. It is especially convenient for families who want their beach days and errands to stay close together.



Getting Around:

Kona International Airport is about 25 to 30 minutes away, a straightforward drive down the Kohala Coast. A rental car is recommended since the coastal beaches, resort shopping, and dining are a short drive from this upcountry golf community. The village center offers a few walkable shops and eateries. Parking is typically available on site or in nearby lots without much hassle.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p. m. to 8:00 a. m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please note: an exterior painting project has started at Waikoloa Colony Villas and will continue through approximately June 2027. Each building will take about two weeks to complete, with the entire property expected to take about one year. This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.
