This is a great location. The apartment was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The ocean breeze and fans were perfect to keep the apartment cool. Close to the action.

All equipment was good. Well stocked. Bath had no plug. Needs painting, floor in balcony needs replacing as does the table there.

We loved the view from the lanai! We had breakfast every morning there. Beautiful sunsets! The apartment is dated but it has all the essentials for a perfect stay. Well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer. No issues for finding a parking space below the building. Good location, close to Kona center and close to other attractions like snorkeling, manata rays, etc.

Great location and views. Property really needs updates/upgrades as it's aged and worn (furniture, carpet, bed). Of most concern was that the floors were dirty. I would recommend upgrading the carpet to hard surface flooring.
