The Neighborhood:

This condo resides in a primarily residential part of the island, but traveling to shops, restaurants, and island attractions is easy! Simply walk or hop on the free island trolley!



Getting Around:

A car is not required as many attractions are all within walking distance. There is also a free trolley service, and plenty of rideshare options. However, a car is recommended if you plan on traveling off the island to nearby Tampa, Sarasota, or St. Pete.

This property has a 7-night stay requirement. This property's maximum occupancy is limited to 6 guests. Any guests occupying this property who are under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
