Maalaea Harbor and Maui Ocean Center are nearby for an afternoon plan. South Kihei adds more dining, coffee, and the beach scene around Kamaole Beach Park III, all an easy drive from this waterfront side of town.



Getting Around:

Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.
