A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Summary:
Premium 2BR upper-level triplex residence featuring an award-winning gourmet kitchen (Miele cooktop, steam oven, redwood island). Includes a private hot tub, gas grill, shared landscaped garden grounds, panoramic Cook Inlet views, and dual remote office nooks. Off-street parking. Fireplace non-operational. Parking for one vehicle. Sleeps 8.
The Space:
As seen in Alaska's Best Kitchens Magazine, this custom-designed upper-level triplex boasts not only a grand-prize kitchen but also a one-of-a-kind retreat. In a private park-like setting, your lush hideaway offers a gorgeous garden paradise (shared with the other rentals in the triplex). Make dinner on the gas grill, dine alfresco, and soak in the hot tub while taking in the breathtaking views of Cook Inlet.
The expansive views continue inside, where you’ll find a masterpiece of style and design. The crowning jewel is the kitchen, of course, described as “truly Alaskan with a bit of California Redwoods” by the magazine. Made from recycled fixtures and green materials, this iconic space features a steam oven, convection oven, two dishwashers, a Miele cooktop, and an exquisite redwood island.
Upstairs, two well-appointed bedrooms offer plenty of space to unwind - each has an office nook for working and learning remotely. Downstairs, a tranquil sunroom provides additional sleeping space with a sofa that can pull out to a twin or double bed.
Come stay at a beautiful space that seamlessly blends traditional influences with mid-century modern inspiration!
