Summary:

After a North Shore beach day, come home to a private hot tub beneath Princeville's palms and let the whole group reset before dinner. This updated three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath house sleeps seven near the Makai Golf Club, with air conditioning and a generous backyard wrapped in greenery for a welcome feeling of privacy. Hardwood floors, high vaulted ceilings, and broad windows keep the interior bright, while the full kitchen and tiki bar make a relaxed night in easy. Grill outside, play a board game, or simply let the kids use the yard while the adults take a breath. Anini Beach is nearby for gentler snorkeling, and Hanalei's beach, food, and small-town shops make a fine outing. This is the kind of home that lets a family or friends traveling together enjoy Kauai's lush side at their own pace.

The Space:

Vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and large windows bring a bright, renovated feel to this single-level home. Three bedrooms and two and a half baths sleep seven, with a full kitchen and tiki bar for easy nights in. Air conditioning helps after sunny North Shore days. Outside, mature greenery adds privacy around the yard, patio, grill, and private hot tub.

Guest Access:

This Tiki Hale home offers a private, self contained stay next to the Makai Golf Club, with its own patio or balcony and a lit path to the entrance at night. Guests have full use of the BBQ grill and kitchen on-site. There are no shared resort amenities, just a quiet, independent retreat.

The Neighborhood:

Princeville is a verdant North Shore neighborhood above Hanalei Bay, known for its mountain views, golf, and quick access to some of Kauai's most photographed coast. Anini Beach is nearby for snorkeling in more sheltered water, while the drive to Hanalei brings you to surf, shops, casual dining, and the wide sweep of the bay. Princeville Center makes everyday errands simple before heading out on a trail or beach day. It is a strong fit for groups who want Kauai's scenic, greener side with a calm place to retreat after exploring.

Getting Around:

Lihue Airport is about 40 minutes away via a scenic drive along Kauai's coast. A rental car is highly recommended since the North Shore's beaches, restaurants, and Hanalei's shops are spread out. Princeville itself offers walkable access to some shops and dining, while beaches like Hanalei Bay are a short drive. Parking is typically available in lots or driveways at most properties.
