Getting Around:

Kona International Airport is roughly 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive up the Kohala Coast. A rental car is recommended to reach beaches, restaurants, and the resort area's shops with ease. Waikoloa Beach Resort keeps some shopping and dining walkable, while nearby beaches and Waikoloa Village are a short drive. Parking is generally available in resort lots or on site at most properties.

Exterior painting project has started. The exterior painting of all buildings at Waikoloa Colony Villas began and will continue through approximately June 2027. Each building will take approximately two weeks to complete, and the entire property is expected to take about one year. Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
