The ground-floor apartment stays cool in summer and is well-heated in winter, featuring classic Tuscan farmhouse elements like exposed wooden beams and a stone wall, yet is fully renovated. The entrance opens to a kitchen-living area with a sofa, TV, dining table for six, and a tea corner. The bedroom has a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and room for an extra bed. The bathroom includes a shower and bidet. There is a luggage room with a second wardrobe. The 52 sqm apartment is in Anghiari and offers Wi-Fi and a workspace.

Apartment Sotto Gli Olivi is set beneath the ancient walls of Anghiari’s historic village, just 50 m from the center. Nestled in a private green area with trees and olive groves, it offers a peaceful retreat. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, gardens, and bars are all within walking distance. The ground floor is perfect for families with children and strollers.
