Step into a private floor of over 100 square meters, with warm winter sunshine and sunset views from the home. Enjoy a modern kitchen filled with natural light, featuring an inviting island for everyday cooking and relaxed meals. The bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, while the spacious changing room offers extra room to settle in. The bathroom includes a hot tub and shower with natural light. There is also an outdoor shower for a refreshing beachside touch.
Entertainment is at your fingertips with a TV and an array of board games, offering easy moments of relaxation and fun. Step outside onto the balcony furnished with comfortable chairs and a table, a lovely setting for a romantic getaway, anniversary celebration, or quiet coastal break.
The building is north and west facing, so you get plenty of winter sun and can watch the sunset from the home.
On the 7th of February, there are annual fireworks at Frankston Pier, which can be viewed from the balcony.

While we kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours, some noise may be present during your stay. The other floor is entirely separate, secured by a deadlocked door, and will not be accessible, ensuring your privacy.
However, should you require any assistance or have any questions, the host is happy to provide support.

Pudding's Home has a very simple pantry for your use during your stay, including instant coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. We also provide a capsule coffee machine for use with your own choice of specialty coffee.
We recommend to stop by a local supermarket before your stay to pick up your choice of milk, specialty coffee, and any personal dietary requirements.
Due to the high occupancy rate of this property, supplies may deplete quickly, and the cleaner may not always have sufficient time to restock between stays. If any of the above items are missing or run out, please don’t hesitate to contact Luke. He will promptly order the necessary items and have them delivered directly to your door via Amazon, typically within 48 hours or sooner.

Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
As much as we’d love to accommodate every request, our property often has back-to-back bookings. This means our cleaners need the full window to thoroughly clean and prepare the space to meet our hygiene and cleanliness standards for every guest.
For this reason, early check-ins and late check-outs incur a fee of $100 per request and are subject to availability. We kindly ask you to consider this before making a request.
