Welcome to Burriana Beach Las Flores, a cosy and charming apartment located in the peaceful Las Flores de Burriana urbanisation, one of the most pleasant areas to enjoy Nerja as a couple. It is the perfect accommodation for those looking for relaxation, comfort, a beautiful outdoor space and the possibility of travelling with their pet.

Its warm, bright and functional atmosphere makes it an ideal choice for romantic getaways, seaside holidays or a few days of relaxation in Nerja.

The main bedroom features a double bed and carefully chosen décor in soft, natural tones, creating a calm and pleasant space to rest after a day at the beach, a stroll through Nerja or dinner by the Mediterranean.

The full bathroom includes a bathtub with shower, washbasin and toilet.

The open-plan kitchen is integrated into the living area and equipped with everything needed for everyday use: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, washing machine and complete kitchenware. It is perfect for preparing relaxed breakfasts, light meals or dinners to enjoy on the terrace.

One of the main highlights of Burriana Beach Las Flores is its spacious private south-facing terrace. This very special, sunny and pleasant outdoor space is equipped with garden furniture, a relaxation area, sun loungers and a parasol. It is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast outdoors, sunbathe, read, relax with a drink at sunset or simply enjoy the Mediterranean climate in a peaceful setting.

The urbanisation also has a beautiful communal swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on warmer days and enjoying relaxing moments without leaving the complex.

The apartment has air conditioning and heat pump heating, WiFi and satellite TV, offering comfort at any time of year.

The complex does not have private parking and the access to the apartment from the street involves going down approximately 60 steps, so it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

The location is ideal for enjoying Nerja without giving up peace and quiet. Las Flores de Burriana is within a pleasant walk of Burriana Beach, one of the town’s best-known beaches, famous for its atmosphere, restaurants, beach bars and seaside activities. Nerja town centre and the Balcón de Europa are also accessible on foot, so you can combine beach days, walks through the old town, shopping, tapas and romantic dinners without constantly depending on a car.

Burriana Beach Las Flores is the perfect retreat for couples looking for a Mediterranean getaway with all the comforts: a sunny terrace, communal pool, great location, tranquillity and the possibility of travelling with a pet. A well-kept, comfortable and charming apartment where you can enjoy Nerja at your own pace.
