Outdoors, the enclosed patio features ample seating and a BBQ - ideal for al fresco dining on warmer days. Unwind in the shared hot tub as the sun sets or head out to the nearby walking and cycle trails that start right from your doorstep. - 2 bathrooms – 1 family bathroom with shower over the bath, 1 en-suite shower, 1 separate WC downstairs
- Electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing / dryer

- Front courtyard and patio with picnic tables and BBQ, lawned garden

- 2 dogs welcome- due to livestock in surrounding fields, dogs need to be kept under control at all times
- Indoor hot tub shared with 4 other cottages on site. Available between 10am-5pm and time slots must be booked. No extra charge for hot tub use but please note it may be closed at any time due to maintenance/services/government restrictions
- Part of a small complex which can be booked together to accommodate a total of 29 people
- Nearest pubs and shops - Llandovery 5.5 miles, Llanwrtyd Wells 7 miles or 2 country pubs in Rhandirmwyn (4 miles)
- CCTV operated at entrance to property & car park
