The Double Suite. Two private bedrooms. Two doors that actually close. The Double Suite gives two people real separation in a 380-square-foot layout built for the long haul. Not a curtain. Not a divider. Two actual bedrooms with doors, a shared full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and one private bath between you.

The queen bedroom and the full bedroom each have quality beds with real linens. After a 12-hour shift you close your door and that is the end of it. The full-size kitchen in the shared living space has a large refrigerator, microwave, stove, and counter space. Cook together or on separate schedules. The in-unit washer and dryer handles the laundry without any coordination needed.

Everything is furnished and ready. Beds, linens, kitchenware, towels, furniture. A couch in the living area. Fiber Wi-Fi throughout. Fast enough to stream and video-call without issues. Utilities included. Power, water, Wi-Fi. Central heat and air.

Reserved parking right at your door. On-site storage units available for gear, tools, and equipment between assignments. Pet friendly. One dog welcome with a simple fee.

Located at 1 W County Road 204, Pecos, TX. Quick access to I-20, the Delaware Basin, and everything in between.
