One of the best views in Engadin — this attic apartment at Chesa Myrta faces an open, uninterrupted view across the field to the lake and the mountains beyond.

With the ski slopes just minutes away, it's an ideal base for mountain sports in every season, and a peaceful retreat for anyone looking to soak in the natural beauty of the Engadin.

The apartment offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen, plus a large terrace — every room enjoying a view of either the lake or the mountains. Bright, cozy, and quietly elegant, it's the perfect setting to relax after a day outdoors.

A private parking spot in the garage is included, and an elevator takes you directly to the apartment. The attic is part of a small, peaceful building with only four apartments in total.

Please note: the bedroom overlooking the lake is separated from the living room by a built-in partition wall that doesn't extend to the ceiling. This means there is privacy, but not full sound insulation, between the two spaces.
