Set on a working farm right on the England/Wales border, you can enjoy stunning views in peace and quiet with only livestock as neighbours. Just down the road is the town of Bishop’s Castle (2.5 miles) which has several good pubs and places to eat and shops to pick up essentials. Visit the Shropshire Hills National Landscape (AONB) which includes the Long Mynd and the Stiperstones Nature Reserve providing wonderful walks and 360’ views. Also nearby is Offa's Dyke national walking path as well as the Clun Valley and Roundton Hill National Nature Reserve (7.5 miles) all of which are home to lots of walking routes and an abundance of wildlife. Further afield are the historic market towns of Ludlow and Shrewsbury both worth a visit.


This stunning home, which has been finished to a high standard, has plenty of space for the whole group. Stepping into the hall, you will find somewhere to hang up your coats and place your walking boots. Adjacent is a living room with sumptuous seating, a Smart TV, and a warming wood burner. Beyond this is a cosy snug which is a great spot for getting stuck into a book. The large kitchen/diner makes the best of the far-reaching views with floor-to-ceiling windows. Cook up delicious meals and eat together in this welcoming, sociable space. A utility room has laundry facilities and further storage space. Finishing up the ground floor is a wet room containing a shower and a WC. When you are ready for some sleep, climb the stairs to the bedrooms. The master suite has a super-king zip-and-link bed, a Juliette balcony to take in the vista, and an en-suite shower room. You can also choose from another super-king which has an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom, and a king-size bedroom. A family bathroom completes the interior of the accommodation.


Outside, you will find a large fenced garden which has a seating area, plenty of open lawn and a fire pit where you can toast marshmallows. There is a games room in a converted barn which has a table tennis table, dart board, and table football. Upstairs is a studio space for yoga, Pilates, or other activities. Private parking is provided for six cars.
