Great little spot to stay close to the beach and other spots on a quick getaway. The place is a bit rundown, (AC had an odd smell at night) but it was a smooth process to check in & communication was clear with host throughout the stay. The place was clean upon arrival and provided basic necessities.

The location was so convenient, close to the beach, restaurants, bars and less than a mile from a grocery store as we cooked in some days. The space was clean and as described. As a coffee drinker, it was convenient to have available coffee vs going out to purchase upon arrival. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

I travel for work and this was a great property to stay at for the week. It’s near the beach and grocery. Would recommend and come back the next time I’m in the area.

The host was fine. What I was disappointed in were the fees. We were charged nearly the cost of one night for cleaning fees. The unit was barely 500-600 sq. ft. I could have that cleaned in an hour. That fee was unreasonably high.
