Just a few steps down leads to a handy utility room, where a washing machine can be found, along with a downstairs WC. This area also doubles as an ideal spot for drying wet coats or keeping muddy paws after countryside walks. Moving through the cottage, the cosy lounge awaits; with Smart TV, this is the perfect place to unwind. Traditional exposed beams add warmth and character, creating a truly homely atmosphere.
