The "Nassfeld Pass Italy View" apartment is located in the Sonnenalpe Nassfeld Resort (at Passo Pramollo, just 100 meters from the Italian border) and offers a 43 m² ground-floor unit for up to 4 guests. It features 1 bedroom, an open-plan living/kitchen/dining area, and 1 bathroom. Amenities include free high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, TV, and elevator. Outside, your private balcony offers a side view of the ski slope and a direct view toward Italy. Bikes can be stored on the balcony or in the underground garage.

A reserved underground parking space is included for your car; parking in front of the building or in other numbered garage spaces is not permitted. General parking is available at the resort entrance. Pets are not allowed. Events are not permitted on the property.

A tractor shuttle connects the entire alpine and ski area, with a stop right outside the building, operating in both summer and winter. Restaurants, bars, and après-ski venues are a 5–10 minute walk away. A swing attraction and a cheese dairy are nearby. Day passes for the wellness area of a nearby hotel are available for an extra fee.
