Soak up hundreds of years of rich heritage in the city of Bath, home to the ancient Roman Baths less than half a mile away and Thermae Bath Spa half a mile away, which boasts the only natural thermal hot springs in Britain that you can bathe in. Enjoy a fun-filled family day out at Longleat Safari Park (20 miles), uncover the beauty of the Somerset countryside at Castle Combe (14 miles), or spot some Banksy artwork in the vibrant city of Bristol (23 miles). Relax in a deckchair in the Parade Gardens or discover a fabulous tropical glasshouse bursting with houseplants at the Botanical Gardens at Royal Victoria Park, both reached within half a mile.
At the heart of this home-from-home, the spacious lounge/diner boasts a wonderfully high ceiling, which creates a welcome sense of space, as well as characterful original sash windows that frame splendid views of distant hills and Bath’s stunning stone architecture. The sofa can also be converted into a handy sofa bed to cater for additional guests. Reminiscent of the building’s rich history, the light and bright kitchen will inspire you to whip up something delicious with your new tasty local flavours. There's also a well-appointed bathroom and utility cupboard on this level.
