Some homes have a view. Drift has a front row seat to one of Tasmania's most mesmerising landscapes.

Perched above the Scamander River mouth, this beautifully updated four bedroom home invites you to slow down and watch the day unfold. The tide rolls in and out beneath the bridge, waves crash beyond the river mouth, black swans drift past, and if you're lucky, you'll spot trout breaking the surface as the light changes across the water.

Designed for families and groups of up to nine guests, Drift offers generous spaces to gather, while still giving everyone room to retreat. Upstairs, the private master suite enjoys its own ensuite and elevated outlook, while the remaining bedrooms comfortably accommodate the rest of the group.

The open plan living area flows effortlessly onto a spacious deck made for long breakfasts, afternoon platters and evenings spent watching the colours of the coastline change. Whether you're firing up the barbecue, enjoying a glass of Tasmanian wine, or simply soaking in the view, this is a place where time seems to slow.

Leave the car behind and wander to the Rivermouth Café for breakfast, enjoy dinner at Scamander Beach Resort, or grab coffee from Swims Café before strolling along the beach. With the river, ocean and township all within easy reach, Drift places you in the heart of everything that makes Scamander so special.

Whether you're chasing waves, casting a line, exploring the East Coast or simply looking for somewhere beautiful to reconnect, Drift is the kind of place you'll find yourself talking about long after you've left.
