The studio is thoughtfully and warmly arranged. It includes a sleeping area with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen area (stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dishes), and a table for meals. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. It is located on the ground floor, perfect for one or two guests.
This studio is my first real estate love. If you fall in love with it too, don’t worry — it’s for rent, not for marriage. 💙

You may be asked to show proof of identity before the start of each stay.
