This exclusive full-property buyout features 30 private tiny homes accommodating 100+ guests, making it an ideal destination for family reunions, destination weddings, corporate retreats, church groups, sports teams, and other large group gatherings.

Located just minutes from Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the property combines the privacy of individual accommodations with thoughtfully designed shared amenities. Gather around multiple outdoor firepits, enjoy pickleball and lawn games, prepare meals together in the Cookout Zone, relax in the Welcome Center, or take in panoramic mountain views from the Observation Deck.

Pet Policy

◈ Dogs welcome with prior approval

◈ Maximum of one dog per unit (50-pound limit)

◈ $50 non-refundable pet fee per dog

◈ Dogs must be crated if left unattended

◈ Cats and other pets are not permitted

◈ A valid government-issued ID is required prior to check-in.

Smoking Policy

◈ No smoking or vaping inside any tiny home.

◈ A $500 odor remediation fee applies for indoor smoking violations.
