Boutique style alpine-chic charming wooden Chalet totally refurbished with two flats. Brandnew very well equipped kitchens in each flat, bespoke furniture, new beds. Updone by our friend and RIBA Architect www.jakstudio.co.uk. Both flats have totally independent access, gardens and outdoor areas. Stunning views.
Bed linen, kitchen linen and bathroom towel available. Complete set per person and stay: 25 CHF. Final cleaning CHF 140 for the small apartment, CHF 180 for the large apartment, visitor's tax: electricity, water, heating and inclusive.
BIG FLAT Boutique style alpine-chic totally refurbished wooden chalet with two flats in charming mountain village in Grächen in the Swiss Alps. This is the bigger flat - hosting up to 6 guests, three bedrooms one of which is an attic room right under the roof with slightly reduced room height, with a big window where you can see the snow fall right above you. Totally refurbished with new kitchen and showerroom/toilet with extra toilet, excellent beds and a view that is unbeatable. Very well equipped kitchen, outdoors seating area, SAT & Internet TV, totally new roof with the use of old traditional stone work. 2 bedrooms have open/high ceilings. Very quiet beautiful ski resort. Also ideal for summer and autumn holidays. Pure nature, no traffic, Grächen is a mainly car free village, as good a Swiss Alps get. Fab for biking, hiking, dolce far niente, 40 minutes from Zermatt, departure point for famous Europaweg Hike Grächen-Zermatt. Located at 1680m above sea level, undisturbed views, very quiet if you can deal with cow and sheep bells. 3 hours by train from Basel and Zürich. 2 hours from Bern. Walking distance everywhere within 10 minutes. Car par in the village - walking 7-10 minutes to the Chalet. Public bus to Saas-Fee, easy connection on public transport (bus and train) to Zermatt. What else? Absolute fab sledging path from 2340 m down to 1680m. 2 sledges for your use are waiting for you. All gear can be rented in the local sports shops.
