Welcome to our 110 m² country house, nestled in the heart of Saint-Drézéry, a peaceful village just 15 kilometers from Montpellier. Here, you will enjoy a 1300 m² garden with trees, a shaded outdoor space for your outdoor meals, and a warm atmosphere.
Come and enjoy its vintage charm from the 80s but very functional and pleasant in a quiet and green setting.
This house has three bedrooms, one of which has a mezzanine. The living room is also equipped with a mezzanine. The kitchen has a dining area and everything you need to cook. The terrace adjacent to it also has a table and chairs for eating outside in the evening or at lunchtime, sheltered by the awning. A barbecue is available.
On the garden side, a stone table can accommodate early breakfasts to the song of the birds. You can also walk through the garden and its shady paths.
