The separate ground-floor apartment and the garden are under a long-term lease. The house is ideally suited for families and relaxation, offering plenty of space, underfloor heating, a homey atmosphere, and cooking is especially fun in the fully equipped kitchen! The house is divided into an upper floor with 3 bedrooms, 3 double beds, and one single bed, a bathroom with a tub and shower, as well as a first floor with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, separate restroom, and terrace. The terrace is located in front of the house and is available for guests to use, for example, for breakfast in the morning sun or a barbecue in the evening. The lower level contains only an utility room with a washing machine. The remaining rooms in the basement are private. The house is professionally cleaned before and after each stay, including fresh bed linens and towels.
