Stunning views of the Baltic Sea from the living room and balcony, as well as of Cape Arkona. This is a newly built home featuring a heat pump, a built-in kitchen, a coffee maker (filter) and Senseo pods, a fireplace for the winter, blackout blinds in the bedroom, and blackout curtains in the living room. Glowe is home to what is probably the most beautiful beach on Rügen (Schabe), a dinosaur park for children, great restaurants, and much more. A bus stop (Gasthaus Schabe) is only about 300 m away, as is a Netto supermarket. The apartment has an underground parking space that costs €10 per day; it’s accessible via the neighboring building and can be opened from the inside with a pull cord. It’s also very easy to reach by public transportation. Starter kit (dish towel, tabs cost €4.10; bed linens can be provided by a cleaning service; final cleaning costs €99).
