This unique maisonette holiday apartment was once a spa and now combines elegant design with a private wellness area—including your own sauna and a special bronze 'Kaiserwanne' bathtub. The 'Kaiserwanne' truly lives up to its name, whisking you away to a time when bathing was a luxury reserved for emperors.

Spanning 148 m² over two floors, the apartment features two bedrooms and accommodates 4 guests plus 1 infant. A fully equipped kitchen offers all you need for your stay. For families, a baby cot and high chair are provided.

Modern smart home controls, underfloor heating, and climate-regulating wall finishes create an exceptional indoor environment rarely found elsewhere.

Perfect for couples seeking peace, relaxation, and wellness in an exclusive, private setting: the sauna and 'Kaiserwanne' are for your use only—no other guests. On request, facial treatments can be booked on site, available for an extra fee.

Upon arrival, you’ll find cozy bathrobes, towels, and a selection of coffee and tea to welcome you.

Dream location: right on the edge of the forest in Leinzell, you’ll wake to birdsong and rustling leaves—no main roads, no city noise, just pure tranquility.

Excursions: Schwäbisch Gmünd, the oldest Staufer town, charms with its historic old town and cultural highlights.

Limes Museum Aalen: The largest Roman museum south of the Alps, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Upper Germanic-Rhaetian Limes, offers insights into Roman life.
