The house is comfortable and has a pleasant atmosphere, with beautiful views and plenty of space in every room to make you feel at ease. You might encounter a few insect “friends” inside the house due to the climate and the area where the property is located, but it’s nothing that can’t be handled.
Guest Access
Access to the entire house, except for the laundry room and the backyard—which is reserved for the cleaning staff.

The beach is a 10-minute ride away, there’s also a store very close by, and next to the house a woman sells sodas; you can also walk to the Filobobos River.
