Welcome to “HOUSE26,” a private villa located in “Tsukushino,” a quiet residential neighborhood in Machida City, Tokyo, which accommodates only one group per day.

Based on the concept of “Japan’s Four Seasons and Daily Life,” you can enjoy a stay that feels just like living in Japan, taking in the flowers in spring, the lush greenery in summer, the autumn foliage, and the serene winter scenery.

As this is a spacious, entire-villa rental, you can relax comfortably without worrying about your surroundings—whether you’re traveling with family, friends, as a couple, or on business. It is fully equipped with amenities that make it comfortable for long stays, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a well-stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The property is located within “Tsukushino Rose Garden,” offering a special environment where you can experience the changing seasons up close. It offers convenient access to GREEN×EXPO 2027, which will be held in Yokohama, and serves as an ideal base for sightseeing in the Tokyo and Yokohama areas.

With supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, and parks nearby, it combines a quiet residential environment with convenience.

We invite you to enjoy a stay at HOUSE26, where you can experience Japan’s unique four seasons, beautiful nature, and a peaceful residential neighborhood. We sincerely look forward to welcoming you.
