Domaine du Roujos covers 7 hectares of natural surroundings, located 4 km from Beaumont de Lomagne and 50 km northwest of Toulouse, on the border with Gers.
The Gîte Ocre is set in a renovated former barn and is one of three gîtes on the property, arranged around a heated pool.
This spacious 140 m² gîte, furnished in local style and shaded by old plane trees, features French doors opening onto a large terrace and a covered veranda, both equipped with wooden garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue.
On the ground floor: living room with dining area, lounge, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and sink, and separate WC.
Upstairs: 30 m² mezzanine and attic/library/playroom.
The gîte accommodates up to 5 guests and offers high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, coffee machine, and fans. Baby cot and high chair available on request. The property offers step-free access, a children’s playground, toys and books, shared washing machine, landscaped garden, and two on-site parking spaces.
Beds are made on arrival, bed linen and final cleaning are included. Heated pool from June 1 to September 30.
Bath and beach towels are available for an extra fee.
