The Devon border also runs alongside the town, making this the ideal base for touring, and the property is just 5 miles from Axminster Main Line Train Station.

This mid terrace cottage has a stable door, which leads into a cosy, beamed, open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area boasts an electric flame-effect wood burner, a Smart TV and plenty of relaxed seating. The compact kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and a washing machine. There is also a dining table with space for two to enjoy leisurely meals. Heading upstairs you will find the double bedroom with the bathroom next door, which includes a bath with shower over and WC.
