Borrowdale Valley is nearby, boasting a variety of mountain walks, including Catbells, Coledale Horseshoe, Skiddaw and Blencathra – each varying in height and length, but all with magnificent views. Sitting just above Keswick is Castlerigg Stone Circle, an atmospheric location perfect for an early morning or evening walk. Or, for something more adrenaline-filled, head to Whinlatter Forest.

On entering the property, you’ll find yourself in the light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Clean and contemporary, this is a comfortable place to snuggle up for an evening, with the large sofa providing ample space for everyone to relax. A breakfast bar separates the lounge from the kitchen and offers a modern dining space. The kitchen is contemporary and has a good amount of surface space for preparing meals.
