Worth Matravers is a picture postcard village with a traditional green and duckpond. There is also an 11th century Norman church, which is well worth a visit. Local amenities include a popular tearoom and truly original village pub, well regarded for its live music and stone carving events. Set 1 mile from the rugged beauty of the Jurassic Coast, paths lead from the cottage to Winspit, Dancing Ledge and Chapmans Pool amongst others. Or why not head to the traditional seaside resort of Swanage. The streets are lined with independent boutiques, cafes and restaurants where you can try the local seafood, or simply relax on the sandy beach.

An unmade elevated farm track leads to this detached property. Heading inside via the main entrance, which can be found at the rear of the property, you will find a welcoming entrance hallway. To the left is a contemporary open-plan kitchen/diner with wonderful views over the rolling hills to the front. This well-equipped space has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Doors lead from the lounge to a stone patio area to the side of the property. Surrounding the house on two sides are areas of lawn and there is ample off-road parking to the side and front of the property.
