Located in central Palm Springs, this luxury vacation home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, incredible art, interior design and more. The property, named Sanctuary for its spa like features, boasts a spacious West-facing private backyard with saltwater pool, saltwater spa, pool-side cabana, outdoor shower, covered outdoor dining area, Ping Pong Table, Cornhole Boards, Built-in gas grill and fire-pit. The private front yard has two seating areas, one featuring a fire pit, and one featuring a water feature. The interior has a sophisticated and modern vibe with wood-block floors, earthy tones, tasteful pops of color and striking artwork
The master bedroom, with its luxuriously appointed en-suite, benefits from a King-size bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, wall-mounted TV and direct access to the pool area. Apple TV Apps include Netflix, HBO Max, Showtime Anytime, Prime, Disney Plus, Hulu, AMC, Fox Now, Peacock. The en-suite has duel vanity and a walk-in shower.
One of the guest bedrooms has a King-size bed while the other has a Queen. Both open to patios and feature ceiling fans. They share access to an updated hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Clerestory windows above two sets of sliding glass doors allow Palm Springs sunshine to stream into the chic yet comfortable formal living room during the day. The property was exactly as we thought it would be. We weren't in the house a whole lot but the pool was amazing. My wife and I both really loved the tanning deck and pool itself for hours just relaxing. Really quiet neighborhood sans the occasional plane taking off or landing. It's close to downtown with Tommy Bahama and several other stores and restaurants. Agua Caliente' Casino is very close as well. highly recommend this property.

Comfortable and spacious for 6 adult ladies. Plenty of sleeping and lounging space, and a functional well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is perfection! The only damper on the pool side vibes is the no outdoor music ordinance.

We loved the backyard, the jacuzzi and pingpong were a big hit. Lots of outdoor seating in the shade.

This house is SUPERB! Josh met us at the property, gave us a thorough walk through and was super responsive with any questions we had later. Three of us went for our annual post Thanksgiving girls’ trip and have nothing but great things to say about this peaceful and private residence. It’s minutes from downtown near the Movie Colony area. The kitchen was fully equipped, and included a variety of glassware for indoors and at the pool. Ping pong was fun and we especially enjoyed the fireplace inside and fire pits outside. Beds were super comfortable, the spa was great and we enjoyed playing cards and games around the dining room table. We loved the decor and definitely recommend this place! I’d stay at this “Sanctuary” again next time I go to Palm Springs.
