Comfortable sofas are ideal for resting walk-weary limbs or enjoying an evening film in front of the flickering gas fire. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The dining table in the kitchen allows for sociable mealtimes and on warm days, throw open the patio doors leading to the rear enclosed courtyard. From the half landing, the shower room is on the right, and continuing up the stairs to the left you'll find the 3 bedrooms, all with wall mounted TV's, comprising one double bedroom, one twin and one with a set of bunk beds, adaptable to a variety of family make-ups.

Outside to the rear, the private courtyard is a ideal spot to enjoy an evening drink or a spot of al fresco dining, and the cosy sauna (reputedly the smallest!) is ideal for two, the perfect way to unwind and relax after a long day out. The outdoor utility room houses the washing machine and there is also an outside shower unit ideal for sandy feet. The small front courtyard captures the sun on a summer evening. There is a pub, shop, restaurant and beaches within 0.5 miles.
