As you approach this beautiful & substantial house, built in 1875, there is a useful lobby to store all your coats and walking boots. Then through the glass-panelled doorway, you will find the spacious hallway with an impressive sweeping staircase. To the left, is the formal lounge with deep red walls, interesting artwork, smart TV and a cosy wood burner. The lovely bay window floods the room with light across the comfortable seating with a large central coffee table. Across the hallway, you find the elegant dining room, the perfect place to gather with friends and family and enjoy a celebratory dinner or simply catch up on the day’s events. From there, into the stylish and well-equipped kitchen, with a useful island, free-standing range cooker with induction hob plus a second built-in oven and dishwasher. The utility room is open plan off the kitchen featuring a large American fridge/freezer, wine cooler, washing machine, tumble dryer and a lovely large pantry style cupboard. The ground floor continues with a second & informal living & dining space, a very useful addition for large groups. This room boasts a large comfy corner sofa with reclining seats and smart TV. There is a raised breakfast area with dining table and patio doors to the outside, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee before the fun of the day begins.
