Welcome to I Pensieri di Mia, a home born from a simple idea: to create a place where you can feel welcome, slow down, and experience Cagliari in an authentic way.

The apartment’s name comes from our daughter Mia, a little girl who loves genuine and timeless things: reading, painting, creating, and letting her imagination run wild. In an increasingly fast-paced and digital world, she inspired us to create a space where time spent together—whether it’s a chat after a day exploring the city or a moment of relaxation—still holds a special value.

Located at Via Mameli 89, in the heart of Cagliari, I Pensieri di Mia is the ideal starting point for exploring the city on foot, without sacrificing comfort.

The location is one of the property’s greatest strengths:
Cagliari’s train station is about an 8-minute walk away;
the port and the bus terminal are right nearby;
the historic center, the Castello neighborhood, the shopping streets, restaurants, and bars are all within easy walking distance;
Bus stops allow you to travel conveniently throughout the city and to the beautiful Poetto Beach.
The apartment is located on the first floor (accessible via two flights of stairs; no elevator) and is the only unit in the building—a feature that guarantees peace and quiet, privacy, and independence.The rooms are bright, well-laid-out, and designed to offer comfort for both short and long stays.

We’ve chosen not to include a TV in the apartment, leaving room for more authentic moments: reading, conversation, a game, drawing, or simply the pleasure of resting after a day spent enjoying the sea and exploring local culture.
You’ll also find a small space dedicated to creativity, where every guest can leave a thought, a memory, or a quote from their trip. Right next to the apartment is 140 Grammi - Via Mameli, a convenient option for a casual dinner without having to go far.Nearby, you’ll also find breakfast spots, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and all the necessary amenities.
