Summary:
Wake up over the water. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome in Hideout frames Jordanelle Reservoir, Deer Valley, and the Wasatch from nearly every window — including from the private hot tub overlooking the lake. Inside: a chef's kitchen with high-end appliances and gas range, a Peloton and free weights, three decks, a heated driveway for easy winter access, and designer furnishings throughout. Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, and Main Street are all under 10 miles.
The Space:
Three levels, thoughtfully laid out. The main bedroom suite has a plush king bed, Jordanelle views, a private bath with heated floors and dual vanities, and device charging at the bedside. Two more bedrooms (queen each) sit on the first floor, and a flexible loft adds sleeping space — six guests total. The kitchen handles serious cooking: gas range, coffee maker, Instapot, air fryer, slow cooker, dining for six plus three at the island. Dual washer/dryer units, smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a whole-home humidifier. The two-car garage has dedicated gear storage, and parking is capped at four vehicles per group.
Guest Access:
Self-check-in via keypad. Full access to the townhome, all three decks, the private hot tub, the two-car garage, and the heated driveway. Ski and snowboard storage included.
The Neighborhood:
Hideout sits on the quiet side of the Jordanelle — an exclusive lakeview community with open space, trail access, and four-season adventure. Summer means hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and boating on the reservoir; winter means the Deer Valley Jordanelle gondola is minutes away, with Park City Mountain and Canyons Village about 10 minutes out. The Uinta Mountains offer snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and snowmobiling. Historic Main Street in Park City — shopping, dining, galleries, live music — is an easy drive year-round.
Getting Around:
About 15 minutes from Deer Valley, Park City Mountain, and the Canyons resorts; Jordanelle Reservoir is about 2 miles away. A car is essential here, and the heated driveway means winter arrivals are stress-free.
