The kitchen area is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, whilst freezer and laundry facilities are available onsite. The property has two bedrooms: a king-size and a twin are tastefully decorated, each with an en-suite. The king-size has an en-suite shower room with WC, whilst the twin has a shower over the bath and WC.

Outside, the property enjoys shared access to the stunning 40 acres of gardens and woodlands. There is private access to Esthwaite Water. Children will love the onsite playground, which offers a climbing frame, swings, and outdoor table tennis and pitch and putt.
