-This reservation includes two separate accommodations on the same property: a 2-bedroom main home and a separate private studio cottage. The studio has its own entrance and is not connected internally to the main home.
-Just a 4-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, cafés, shopping, and everything Pacific Beach has to offer.
-Beach shed is shared with the other unit on the property and amenities are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Beach cruisers, surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, and coolers are provided.
-The property contains a third, separate unit occupied by long-term tenants. It is completely independent and will not interfere with your stay.
