The Quarterโs bars and eateries are world-renowned, and the CBD itself is home to many of the cityโs very best chef-driven restaurants. Kick off your stay with a ride on the famous Canal Street trolley, or take a stroll to Jackson Square, one of the cityโs best-loved hotspots. Harrah's Casino is 2 blocks away.
Getting Around:
You will be less than 5 minutes on foot to the French Quarter, and biking is another fun and convenient option, with scores of rental shops to choose from. Uber and Lyft services are easy and affordable in this compact city. Retail hub Magazine Street is just a short cab ride away, as are some of the cityโs other hip neighborhoods, Bywater and the Marigny.
