The Bedrooms (3 Queen Beds Total – Sleeps 6)

Front Bedroom: Features a queen bed, convenient dresser, and a large front facing windows (Note: This room does not have a closet).

Second Bedroom: Includes a cozy queen bed, closet with hangers, and an extra blanket for chilly nights.

Downstairs Bedroom: A bonus space and bedroom featuring a queen bed, two closets, hooks for hanging clothes/towels, beanbag chairs, a dartboard. (Note: this room is accessed through the laundry room, downstairs)

Living Room: Unwind on the couch and watch your favorite shows on the TV. Need extra warmth? Cozy up with the extra blankets stored in the ottoman.

Dining Area: A classic dining setup that comfortably seats 6.

Fully Stocked Kitchen: Ready for home-cooked meals with full appliances and a dedicated coffee station.

Bathroom: Located conveniently right off the kitchen, featuring a main shower with a blow dryer, a toiletry stand, built-in cabinetry, a first aid kit, and extra cleaning/paper supplies.

Walking Distance to: Maverick, Center street shops, and Fresh Market grocery store and Pioneer Park which hosts the summer farmer`s market every Saturday.

Parking: 3 cars can fit in the driveway. Center Street can be busy, so we recommend waiting for the stoplight to turn red before exiting the driveway.

Quiet Hours: Please respect the neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum from 10pm-10am.

Fees Disclosure:
• Guests must select either a refundable security deposit or an optional damage waiver for stay protection.
• A pet fee applies for approved, pre-registered pets at $59 per pet.
• All fees are fully disclosed in advance and processed through secure, Airbnb-compliant software “Enso Connect”.
• Acceptance of our rental agreement and applicable fees are required to receive access to the property. No exceptions.
SECURITY DEPOSIT AND OPTIONAL WAIVER
A US$500 refundable card hold is collected separately through Enso Connect, outside the booking platform. You may instead choose a US$53.50 nonrefundable damage waiver. The waiver is optional; the deposit remains available, and you do not pay both. The hold is scheduled for release two days after your scheduled checkout, subject to any permitted damage claim. Your bank may take additional time to show the release.

A rental agreement is required before check-in where its terms were disclosed before booking. For Airbnb reservations, the full agreement is included under Other things to note, and Airbnb policies and applicable law prevail over conflicting terms. Contact us through your reservation messages if you need help with the deposit, agreement or access.

PETS AND ASSISTANCE ANIMALS
Approved, pre-registered pets are welcome at US$59 per pet per stay. Service animals stay without a pet fee or additional deposit. Emotional support animals are accommodated without a pet fee where required by applicable law or Airbnb policy for Airbnb reservations.
