You'll have the entire second-floor unit to yourself: two queen bedrooms, separate living room, full kitchen, bathroom, studio/workspace, and a private covered balcony with hammock. Nothing is shared.
Everything is stocked before you arrive — cookware, coffee, spices, filtered water, fresh linens, quality toiletries, and even a yoga mat, dumbbells, and resistance bands. Smart TV with streaming. This is an all-inclusive stay: just bring yourself.
THE STUDIO: A dedicated room with desk, coffee bar, and natural light — built for remote work, studying, or content creation. Groups of 5–6 convert it to a sleeping area with the queen daybed and full trundle.
THE BALCONY: Your own covered outdoor space with a table for four and a hammock overlooking a tree-lined street. Private to this unit only.
THE LOCATION: Upper Vailsburg — a quiet residential neighborhood steps from South Orange Village (20-min walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and one of NJ's most charming downtowns). NYC is a 30-min train ride. The Ironbound food district is 12 min. Branch Brook Park's famous cherry blossoms, Newark Museum of Art, and Jersey Gardens outlets are all within 15 min. Day trips: Philadelphia 90 min, Jersey Shore 75 min, Six Flags 60 min.
Perfect for families visiting NYC without Manhattan prices, traveling nurses, relocating professionals, World Cup and event-goers, and anyone flying through EWR who wants a real home instead of a hotel room.
Note: a neighboring property is undergoing exterior restoration following a recent incident. Our property is unaffected, fully restored, and guest-ready.
Long-term stays welcome — fluff & fold laundry service arranged for extended guests. Pets welcome with prior approval and fee.
