-equipped kitchen: 3 electric hobs, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and all the necessary crockery (raclette and fondue utensils) and storage

Location of the property:The village of Les Carroz d'Arraches is located in Haute Savoie, in the heart of the Grand Massif (265 km of slopes: Flaine, Samoens, Morillon, Carroz, Sixt). A village of 1700 inhabitants located at an altitude of 1140m. Easy to access, only 10 km from the exit of the A40 motorway, the village is located only 45 km from Geneva, Chamonix and Annecy, by car 2 hours from LYON and 5 hours from Paris. SNCF train station in Cluses 10kms. Bus and Taxi shuttles. Access to the Sallanches lake 30 minutes away.
Activities:
Winter: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing (Agy plateau accessible by shuttles), snowshoeing, ice rink....etc. Access from the gondola (500m) on foot or by free ski bus.
