The center of the resort has a courtyard with many colorful flowers, red brick-paved paths and several lush grassy areas beneath a Mecca of palm trees. The resort has 3 inviting crystal clear swimming pools with a heated Jacuzzi, palm tree umbrellas and BBQs. Imagine grilling up some steaks or shrimp and enjoying your dinner on the beach or with neighbors. You can get a volleyball game together on the resort court or have a work out in the fitness center. The condo has an easy on-site check-in at the Casago office as well as a restaurant that has great drink and food specials. The cupboards are loaded with all the items you will need to make a meal or entertain guests. You can make coffee in the morning and blended margaritas in the evening. The bedroom is very bright and inviting with a queen size bed. Below the window, there is a storage cabinet for your luggage and shoes. The room has a double door closet where you can hang your clothing. The bathroom can be accessed from the hallway or the master bedroom. The bathroom has a vanity with mirrors and a sink, a tub/shower combo and a commode. The patio is furnished so that you can sit and listen to the sounds made by the ocean or have a cocktail and watch the breathtaking sunsets. You are on the 1st floor so it makes socializing with neighbors very easy and enjoyable. The condo comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. You will not be disappointed with this condo.
