The Space
You’ll have access to a spacious apartment, with every detail carefully thought out to make your stay unforgettable.

The apartment is very bright and features a spacious living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony.

-The living room is spacious and features a sofa and a TV.

-The open kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meal: a stovetop, a set of pots and pans, dishes, kitchen utensils, an oven, a freezer, refrigerator, sink, and a dining table with chairs.

-The sleeping area is spacious and features a very comfortable double bed, complete with sheets, pillows, and a comforter. You’ll also find a closet where you can store your personal belongings.

-The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, bidet, sink, toilet, hair dryer, and a complimentary toiletries kit for each guest.

-The balcony is private and furnished with small tables, perfect for relaxing with friends or reading a good book.


In addition, the apartment features free Wi-Fi, allowing you to browse the web or work remotely without interruptions and at excellent speeds.

In-person verification is required at our office, as mandated by Milan law. As soon as you check in person, we will provide you with the digital keys.

There is an extra charge of 50€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.

There is an extra charge of €15 per hour for late check-outs after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, A PENALTY WILL BE IMPOSED.

Other things to keep in mind
We offer a crib service for families, but we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby. The rental fee is only €20. Please let us know as soon as possible.
