For rent for the holidays, beautiful Charente farmhouse of 220m², located in the countryside in Berneuil, close to Pons and Saintes, in a quiet and natural environment.
The house can accommodate 4 people in 2 bedrooms (possibility to rent a 3rd or 4th bedroom for 6 to 8 people with an extra charge).
It consists of a large bright living room, a convivial dining room, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace, a bathroom with bath and shower, a toilet, as well as a large garden of 3,000 m² available.
Outside, you can enjoy a terrace, a barbecue, as well as a large outdoor area ideal for relaxing, eating outside or letting the children play.
The house is ideal for holidays with family or friends, in a quiet area, while remaining well located to visit the region.
