House bathed in light composed of a large open living room: equipped kitchen (oven and microwave), dining room and living room. Sleeping area upstairs composed of a master bedroom with a double bed 160 and 2 bedrooms with a bed 140. On the first floor possibility of a 4th bedroom with a modular sofa in 160 and an office space.
Outside, a large terrace equipped with a large dining table allows you to have lunch and dinner outside in a green setting. A 2nd small equipped terrace also allows you to have meals.
In terms of equipment: a BBQ, a washing machine, a dryer and a freezer are available.
You are at the entrance to Saint-Lunaire, a magnificent seaside resort on the Emerald Coast. Access to the beach is 3 minutes away by car or 6 minutes by bike. You have a cycle path right next to the house. NB: bicycles not provided but possibility of rental in Saint-Lunaire.

For household linen: sheets and towels are not provided but possibility of rental via our concierge: 35€ per double bed (bed linen, towels and bath mat included) 25€ per single bed. If you take this option, the beds will be made for your arrival.
A deposit of 800€ will be required, paid within 72 hours.
